When you give us your email

If you join a waitlist or ask for a free guide, we keep your email address so we can send you what you asked for and let you know when the community or app opens.

• Your address is added to our email list, which is kept in Flodesk or in Resend (the services we use to send email).
• Hayley also gets a short email telling her you signed up.
• To come off the list at any time, email us and we will remove you.

When you request a 1:1

The 1:1 request form sends your name, email, your child’s age, the times that work and your note straight to Hayley’s inbox as an email, so she can reply to you. Only share what you are comfortable sending by email.

When you buy something

• Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe’s checkout page. We never see or store your card details.
• Stripe tells us the purchase went through and the email you used. We check your purchase with Stripe before your download, and we email you the download link.
• Hayley gets a short email about each sale.

Links to Amazon

The “Things I recommend” page links to products on Amazon. Once you leave for Amazon, Amazon's own privacy policy applies.

Free tools and your browser

Some free tools save what you type in your own browser so it is there next time. That stays on your device and is not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Hosting and security

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web server, it handles basic request information such as your IP address. We use it to limit repeated form submissions and stop spam. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site.
